The hotel is clean, spacious, and quiet, not far from the center. It could benefit from having a small refrigerator and a water boiler for tea preparation in the rooms. The service is helpful but somewhat disenchanted, and it was a plus that the Grosso family runs it now. The location is in a modern area, requiring a bus ride to the center, but still convenient. The dining options are satisfactory, though not exceptional. The hotel facilities are decent for a comfortable stay.
